No, I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the intimate nature of my products. If you believe your case to be exceptional or extreme conditions, please contact within 3 days of delivery.
While nothing is more satisfying for me than a satisfied customer, I understand things may not always be what you expected. Alas, such is the flaw of online shopping.
I pour my soul into product creation and ensuring each is as perfect as can be. I do my best to describe and depict my products as true to life as possible so there’s no surprises. I put the utmost thought and care into my packaging to ensure it reaches you safely. Sometimes it still isn’t enough.
Be sure to fully read product descriptions and details for size, fragrance, and ingredients. At the end of the day you still have a usable product .
- If the fragrance didn’t vibe with you in particular save it for guests, gift it to someone you care for, or even consider donating. (unused of course!)
- Always do a patch test on a small area of your body if you have sensitive skin and stop use immediately if any reaction occurs.
