Shipping policy

*DUE TO COVID AND THE OVERWHELMING STRAIN PUT ON THE POSTAL SERVICE, DELIVERY TIMES ARE NO LONGER GUARANTEED.

HOLIDAY ADDENDUM:

Carriers have been unreliable during the holiday season especially, even before the pandemic. Once your order has shipped there is, in most cases, not much I can do and I ask for your understanding and patience. Tracking may take longer than normal to update; give it a week or so. After that you may contact me and I’ll try to find a solution. I am the most distressed when someone doesn’t get to experience my craft. In the worst case scenario I will refund your order, minus the shipping cost. 

Also note: shipping time does not equal processing time,  major holidays are the busiest times for small businesses, and I am a single person operation.

Shipping is available within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. 

International shipping is currently limited to Canada. Please be warned, you may face customs/import fees on your order and it is up to you to cover them.

Shipping rates are based on total order weight. To offer you the best shipping prices currently available to me, I ship with USPS and UPS. Default shipping is based on Priority Mail but shipping upgrades are available at checkout.


Orders are processed as soon as possible, once received and payment is cleared. Normal processing times are 3-5 business days as a standard, but are subject to change. Shipping and delivery times are dependent upon the carrier, when your order was placed, and the shipping zone you live in. With Priority Mail estimated delivery times are 1-3 days*.


To ensure you receive your items there are a few things you can do:

    • Be sure to put in your correct and up to date shipping information when checking out. 
    • Check your tracking to confirm what stage of transit your order is in.
    • Request delivery confirmation.
    • Ask your post office to hold your items if you will not be home at the time of delivery.
    • Contact your post office immediately if your package is marked as delivered but you have yet to receive it.
